For Patients Paying Directly for Their Care
We’re pleased to offer pre-payment bundle options for patients who solely bear the cost for our routine, elective services. These packages are not designed for patients who anticipate payment on their behalf by a third party. Additionally, our surgery bundles are contingent on each patient’s eligibility for the ASC setting as determined by one’s overall health status. These bundled rates do not apply to services rendered in a hospital setting.
