Cara Lorentzen, M.D., was raised in North Little Rock, AR. She graduated cum laude with a degree in Biology from Davidson College in Davidson, NC. She then attended medical school at Wake Forest University and remained at Wake Forest to complete her residency in Orthopaedic Surgery. Following residency, Dr. Lorentzen completed a fellowship in hand and upper extremity surgery at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, Oregon.
Dr. Lorentzen enjoys reading in addition to hiking, waterskiing, and spending time with her husband.
